Layout issue with drop down menu pages

That worked!  Is there a way we can get Dr Abby Noh on the first page under Physical Therapists?

Do you mean first place? 

Check when all Physical therapist were posted, 

then edit Abby Noh and change her publish date to something previous date than them. 

Not first place.  On the drop down menu page for Physical Therapists, there are five on page 1 and Abby is the only one on page 2.

Go to wp-admin >> Settings >> Reading and see what is set in front of Most of posts to show and change it to your desired number
