Translation Top Bar & footer string not found

Hi Freind,

  I need small help 
 
I translated complete website but facing problem in footer & top bar. 
I am not finding the string for my top bar and footer in WPML string translation widget. 
 
 
Can you please help me why strings are not appearing how can I do.

Top bar, and Footer widgets, and Footer bottom are coming from the backend. Please go to wp-admin >> Appearance >> Customize and select Social icons and text fields and change the address to arabic, also in footer edit widget going to appearance >> Widgets and translate widgets language to your own language if you are using multi Language plugin that provides the option to translate in both languages.
