Hello, I have been using bakery for a while i am not familiar king bakery
is it possible to change it? if i change demo will be ruin?

Theme is compatible with WPBakery means you can use that plugin but the main theme features will not work on that plugin as those features are only built for King Composer plugin for example , doctors, services , faq's module on home pages. I recommend you to keep using King Composer its very similar to WPBakery. Also there is a new update in WordPress which have changed the visual view of WordPress backend editor which is taking time for everyone to get familiar with.
