1- I need to change the word teacher to founders.

Hi to change these items Please follow the steps below. 

Teacher and Our Blog is part of Language file which is located in folder wp-content >> themes >> education >> language >> education.pot So please follow the translation steps below so you can translate these words to your required words. 

If you want to trasnalte them directly that will cause you trouble in future updates.

Please note steps in above post are describing to translate theme into Spanish, following same rule you can create language or translation file for english and just change words of items which you want to get changed if you have further questions let me know thanks.
