I think you have not selected a rtl language for your site that's why you are facing this issue like in footer as well. 

If you check the arabic TRL language demo for Education WordPress theme >> التعليم وورد الموضوع – أفضل معاهد التعليم الموضوع (webfulcreations.com) 

You would see the menu is aligned correctly and headings as well. 

Please go to wp-admin >> settings >> General and select site language to your Urdu or other thanks if you face problem again send me your logins i will check.
