HI guys, when I post to facebook or instagram the photo in the single post is always cropped. So I need to enlarge the size of the image please. Can you help with that?

Can you send me the URL which you are posting and how its posting on Facebook?
And what type of post you have issue with?
Page?
Post?
Course?
Product?
Event?
Also i recommend you to use Yoast SEO plugin which would post correct size photos to Facebook and other social networks.
You can also put a large or custom image by editing, post/course/page/event and going to Yoast SEO section, Then Social tab
