Hello i have serious problem , how can people apply for a course when they view it …all you added was Reserve form at the end of each course and applicant will have to select the teachers and the course when they are filling the form…why is there not a single “apply” or register button attached to each course when it viewed ..how can u help me out

Also how do i get the facebook messenger plugin to show on the site

Hi you will now get the Default Register now button in all courses, just update your theme with latest version of Education WordPress theme. Here you can find instructions how you can update the theme via FTP >> https://youtu.be/ELtrCSa05J4

Thanks. Theme is not updated on ThemeForest yet they take upto 48 hours to approve update. Please make sure one thing in your wp-admin >> Settings >> General that admin Email or site email is from your domain like [email protected] so the emails education WordPress theme send do not go to spam folder.

Where did you upload files? The root for theme files are >> wp-content >> Themes >> Education << i think you have uploaded it on the main directory and replaced WordPress's files with theme files that's why your site is not working now. 

1) Please re upload your WordPress and then re upload the theme files theme location is wp-content >> themes >> Education << thanks.

Please how do i hide the course instructor on my page from people visiting the site under the courses.

Edit the course and in course options please unselect the teacher if you want to hide teachers from both courses page and single course page. 

If you want to hide teacher only in Courses page then you should not use default courses page. 

Create a new page let's say /our-courses/ you cannot name a page courses as its reserved by theme. in our-courses page, add element of courses by your composer plugin, and in options hide the teachers that's it.

the register button is not showing anymore

Hi i am sorry you cannot request refund after more than 3 months. Also we updated WordPress theme for you as well and if you are facing any problem please let us know we will solve the issues you are facing. Please send me your WordPress admin logins so i can check why register now button is not working for you thanks.

Register now button was attached with two other fields 1) audience, and 2nd course price means if course price is not present register now button would not display, if audience not present register now button will not appear. now i have taken out register now button from both these conditions. So it should be fine now let me know if you have further questions thanks
