Question about the form function

Hi,

May I please ask about the form function on teacher pages and course pages(The image below)

How to make this function available and put it into use? If can't, how to hide this part?

This is a Contact form 7 Contact form to reserve seat in Education WordPress theme. 

First you need to figure out what form is this, go to wp-admin >> Appearance >> Customize >> Inner Pages/Posts >> Course Pages 

And there you can find this form's shortcode which you can eihter disable or find out which form is this, now go to Contact forms in Wp admin and correct the issues of Contact form 7 according to your site's suggestions.

Hi, 

The WebfulCreations Utilities has conflict with the Customize function, I can only use one of them at the moment. After I deactivate the plugin and start customizing, there is no "Course Pages" in " Inner Pages/Posts" that I can do with.

I need to enable your site's Debug mode to check the problem what is wrong with your installation. 

Either edit your wp-config.php and enable the debug mode otherwise please send me your FTP logins so i can edit wp-config.php to turn debug mode on. Thanks

Please edit wp-config.php

And find wp-debug

define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

Change false to true and save file this would turn on WordPress debug mode on, and keep it on unless i check the problem thanks.
