Vet Care Header Adjustment

Hello,
I am using the VetCare theme to create a homepage for a veterinary practice for cats only.
I would now like to customize some things in the header. I want to make the dimensions of the logo bigger than they are now.  Unfortunately, the main menu then always slides up or down.

But it should rather be centered to the logo like in the demo version.

Furthermore, I want to remove the search at the top, because a search bar in the header is not needed.

Can you give me a hint how I can make these adjustments? Because with the Customizer alone I can't do that.

Please add the CSS in wp-admin >> Apperance >> Customize >> Additional CSS 

this would make your logo and nav side height equal

Thank you, this has helped so far. But now the search bar has moved down.

As i mentioned before i´d like to remove the search bar from the header. How can i do this?

Add this CSS

.header-wrap .search-wrap {
 display:none;
}

This would hide your search bar thanks.
