Thanks for ideas. Why js code for revolution slider is loading on pages that do not have it? Can we do something with that?

This is default WordPress behaviour enqueue script WordPress and enqueue styles WordPress. 

You can simply de register the styles with page conditions for inner pages, creating your custom plugin. And passing the name of scritp of style to disable.

This is disabled somehow in your installation you can check your wp-config.php for following code and disable it.

Now I am thinking about replacing Revolution slider with some other slider that is not so heavy. Any ideas?

You can deactivate the Revolution slider then test the speed if that improves at your desired speed, then you can eliminate the Revolution slider and use simple banner without slider.
