Changing theme color

Hello,  I did not find any area to change color of website.   İs there any  setting that i can change  footer color,  header color etc.   Do i have to use  custom css for that ?

Theme provides several options to do that please go to wp-admin >> appearance >> customize and explore every menu there carefully. There you can find options for footer, header and other general settings what you don't find let me know so i can guide you for a solution thanks.
