Slider not displaying correctly

Two people have experienced this on their personal computers.  When going to the site initially it loads fine, but then if they hit the home button, the slider only appears on half the page.  If they hit home again, the slider only appears on a quarter of the page, if they hit it again, the slider appears on half the page and so on.    In order to rectify so the slider is correct, they need to go to settings and hit tablet mode.  If they then hit the home tab again, the same all happens.  In order for it to go back, they then have to turn off tablet mode.

When I go to my Wordpress dashboard it is saying there is an update for the Slider revolution but when I hit to update it it says all my plugins are updated.

Can you share your Website's url and WordPress admin details also provide your FTP if you want me to update slider for you. And please let me know which browser giving you the issue and what is your screen size where you see this issue thanks

As you have done some settings to your slider from which some setting is adding slider's main div left in minus now i have added a CSS which make left -15 only. And slider will not hide on left anymore i also have made slider full height and full width for screens where you have made it or kept it visible.

}

This issue is not related to plugin Update. Theme provides plugin with it using the extended license of theme which is only for 1 user author. Plugins encourage users to to update plugin so they can buy their own licenses. If you can provide me the FTP or hosting control panel of your account i can update plugin for you thanks.
