Here is the answer for your questions 

1) Please edit the page where you are listing the staff members. Once you are in the page Please edit the module Our Teachers just take your mouse over our teachers and click on edit icon. Now in options you can easily locate this option >> Disable Read More Button Check this option. Now scroll down the same module dailgue box and you will find the option to enter Excerpt length please enter the length you want to display for teacher's description. 

If you do not see options in editing the page then you are seeing your teachers in default post view which cannot help you to change these items i suggest you to create a page and add the our teachers module and enter your desired settings to that. 

2) Please edit the page in wp-admin so you can change the width of row. Please note right now you are using 3 colums you can use 2 columns by editing our teachers module which will increase the width of each column to 50% if you want to keep width same and just centeralize these two elements. Then click on edit on row and in row settings you can center the elements and give a fix width to row as well. Let me know if you have further questions. 

I could not centralize the two boxes, I tried to edit the column more did not work.

I increased the limit of the text but I could not get the full text, I need it to work.

Hey please note i have tried to access your wp-admin through Firefox, chrome, and Edge as well but no success i guess this is some setting by your hosting or any security plugin for not to make your wp-admin accessible out of your country. Let me try to provide you help in another way.

Both items are fixed for you thanks. Now two teachers are center aligned, and the read more button for groups gone, and the full content is being displayed there.

Hello, how do I change the size of the logo? is reducing to a very small size

To increase the height of logo you can go to wp-admin >> appearance >> customizer >> additional CSS and add following CSS

.header .logo img {
    min-height:92px;
    width:auto;
}

You can change 92px height to your desired height. Your logo can have maximum 92px height.

If you dont want to use the theme's feature of teachers and want to display complete bio or description of teacher on staff page i recommend you to add a row in which you create two columns. And in each column add image, and your required text.
