ut I have another question urgently please

I was trying to change the WP settings and by mistake I changed the WP URL, I removed /dev

and now I can't access my WP site!!, please advice

I have access to FTP through FTP client I can see the files, I think the theme is still there, but can't get to Dshboard

I'm completely out now

I also can't submit ticket, because I can't access my Webful account as well!!
