Top Menu on secondary pages are still showing white bg

Please add this CSS this will move the Title section below Header and make the header transparent over title section. 

.title-section {
   padding-top:190px;
   margin-top:-110px;
}

You have to add this CSS into >> wp-admin >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS
