Hi where can I find the new carousel, do I need to donwload the theme again?

I added that in your home page did you check that? Please edit your home page and below the current partner logos there is another partner logo section, which includes that Carousel. 

 

Simply add images in that carousel and then add the url's in a box below. 1) Check http://take.ms/fdKxQ 2) http://take.ms/isPFO 3) Click browse and add more images. http://take.ms/bSsf4
