1) I recommend you to update your education WordPress theme as you are using older version of theme. Please read this post Update Themeforest WordPress Theme Automatically
2) After you have updated WordPress theme please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins there you will find notifications for plugins which have available update. And also notification for plugins which are required but have not installed.
3) Your theme also require Option Tree WordPress plugin which you have not installed please install that plugin.
4) Once Option tree is installed, edit course page and below visual editor you will find course page options in which you can select Teacher for each course. Once you select teacher and other information that will start appearing on right places everywhere. I recommend you to check teacher's options also after installing the plugin.
