Page Layout/Style option missing

There should be a section on each page - Page Layout/Style - I don't see that on any of my pages. Does this have anything to do with the missing OptionTree plugin?

We are releasing a new update soon which will eliminate the need of Option Tree WordPress Plugin. Yes the options you are unable to see are because of option tree plugin is missing. Untill we release the update you can use the plugin from given link below. Also you should know this is very secure plugin there is no vulnerability using it.

That fixed the issue, however I can't set the header type to 'Type 3' globaly. I can only do it using the options on each page. I'd like to set this globally for the whole site, I tried setting under customize > header but it has no effect?

Make sure you are using latest version of php. And send me Wp-admin logins i will check that for you thanks.

Hi i tested by creating a new post when i created a new post it got default setting from >> customizer >> and header type 3 auto selected for the post i created. When you have changed header type settings for any specefic page or post from page or post options then default settings will no longer work for that post or page . Cause page or post options have priority over customizer options. Please create a new post or page and you will notice it uses header type 3 which you selected in wp-admin >> customizer >> header
