Mobile Settings on Site

I am using the Optometry Theme and cannot access the mobile settings. The mobile header color is still in blue as opposed to the purple throughout the site. I tried adding a code in Additional CSS but it did not help at all. Can you please assist?

All the other changes were made but also on the mobile side; the header text on one of the slides is squewed and again I cannot access or settings are unable for me to perform these actions.

Hey there are no spearate settings for mobile view, you have to use some CSS

Please go to wp-admin >> Appearance >> customize and in header you can check all settings 

And if you want to add your CSS you can easily do that going to wp-admin >> Appearance >> Customize >> Adiitional CSS
