If you want to run your website in Single language , like Arabic or any other than english Use Loco Translate to translate site. In case you want to use more than languages, Then WPML can be used we do not have much experience with Multi language plugins so i cannot recommend you any other.

You have to ask that to WPML support we do not provide support about third party plugins. Our theme is compatible with WPML and there is no problem.
