Optometrist boxes all uniform size

I would like the doctor boxes on the Our Staff page to all be aligned properly (same size), is that possible? I used the same dimensions for photos, but they are not the same size boxes. Thanks! 

Also, can the row of boxes be centered within the page?

one image is coming 300x200 and other is coming 300x300 both are not equal. Also 1 dr's image is missing send me your admin logins i will check what's matter thanks

I have made your columns 3 instead of 4 so all content is coming in center now. Also i have made thumbnails equal size they were set for square size but your both images were 1000x1500 means height more than width. Now if you want to add another image make sure you use same size. I also have installed a Regenerate thumbnails plugin which you cna deactivate . Thanks
