Changes on template

I’m building a website in Spanish.  I need to be able to change the “Read More” button text at the bottom of the services box.

can you please advise where I can change it? 

You need to translate your webiste into your language. You can use this plugin to translate theme into your language. https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

Also please edit the page if that's home page and edit the module of services and there you can find option to enter new words for Read More .
