Hi,

Does your theme has an option for sticky menu. i.e. upon scroll down the menu stick to the top. Currently upon scroll down the menu is not sticking?  Kindly advise?

A bug is there under Optometrists section the short code option is not working. I paced short code there the form is not coming.

Sticky navigation is not yet available in this theme but we will consider it in our next update soon.

You should understand 1 thing there are two ways to activate specefic features on pages, posts, optometrists, services pages. 1 is through theme options which will work through out the site, and other is from page, service, post, optometrist pages which will work only for specefic post where you activate the option. As you entered the code of form in 1 optometrist which will work only for that optometrist, however you would still have to activate form by clicking the on off button once so it start taking action. Please click to make button off then turn it on again save the page and form will appear. For default settings you can go to >> wp-admin >> appearance >> customize >> inner pages >> single doctor/optometrist page . 

One more thing if you keep the default theme options on but turn the specefic item off through its page then page settings will override default settings. let me know if you have any confusion thanks
