Don't forget to replace $mail_to to where you want to receive emails. And don't forget to replace reply to and email from to some email address related to your domain name it will avoid sending messages to spam.

You cannot print or receive messages on the .html pages. If you want to receive user on same page and display message also then you can convert the file into .php file and from form you can receive message in query string like 

HEADER("LOCATION: service.php?message=Thank you for your message we are happy to know this.");

As in example above we have sent the message in query string with variable name message. Which you can receive using $_GET of php like

if(isset($_GET["message"])) {
       echo $_GET["message"];
}

You can change the of each form to redirect on specefic page. Also i have given you example of two forms please modify and correct other forms same way as i told you before we just provide design not the functionality thanks.
