Hi there, please improve my website speed/performance. my pagespeed is very very bad.

We could only get this speed for your site. Please see the requests these are 167 which means your JS and CSS files devided are a very high number. While merging the JS files to decrease your requests, your layer slider stop working, i checked with some other plugins also but this is a known problem with layer slider's dynamic data grabber.
