Where are the missing images? Where do they go exactly?

Hello, just purchased your PC Buddy bootstrap theme from envato/themeforest. I have a few questions that are delaying installation. 1) Where are the pictures??? I understand there might be some copyright issues but WHERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS in the directions to replace the missing images??? I am not that bootstrap literate and the index.html file does not include any instructions where EXACTLY to replace or where any images or pictures go.  Where does the homepage main background or slider images go??? Where do any and all missing images go in the index.html file? Please clarify where all the images go or how to install them. The theme is useless without pictures, especially if there are no instructions where to put them. Where in the index.html file do they go? What are the names of the missing images so I can at least replace them with something else? All I have are empty big gray placeholders and no pictures. Appreciate your prompt support. Hi thanks for selecting our Computer repair HTML template. This is an awesome  HTML template made with bootstrap. 

You can edit the files for example the index.php which defines home page. There you can find <img tags and replace images. 

Let's talk about the Home page Slider 

These images are set as background images in CSS file which is located into assets >> css >> theme-style.css

Where you can find this code

    background-size: cover;
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    background-position: center;
    background-position-y: top;
}

And you can replace the image. One easy solution to find is this image or background if image what image is this. You can use inspect element tool of browsers let's Please watch video below which explains how you can inspect and locate images in code.
