Header Sub Menu is Not Working

Hello Team, 

I have added a submenu under unwanted hair (Procedures-skin-treatment-unwanted hair - Laser hair removal) but it is not displaying. Kindly check and help me in resolving it.

You have added a Custom URL in WordPress menu instead of adding a page there. Please sign in wp-admin and go to appearance >> menus edit main menu click on drown down arrow in front of Unwanted hairs, and enter the URL there or remove that menu item and add the page from left side again. If you can't figure out problem please sen dme your wp-admin logins thanks.
