. After installing and activating both RepairBuddy WordPress plugin and MultiStore Addon.
- First of all you create stores you operate in like Store ABC, Store XYZ
- Now its time to create store managers and assign them to related stores
- Now Store managers can create the Technicians who work in their stores
- Now you can add some Device types like (Mobile, Computer, Tabs)
- After adding device types you can create manufactures or brands (Samsung, Apple, Huwaie etc)
- Now create some devices like iPhone 11, select device type mobile and brand Apple , this way you can create multiple devices
- Now you can create a booking page where customers can book their device and select store where they want to get their device repaired
- Booking goes to estimates section which you can change as well. Store manager modify the estimate and send back to customers for approval or rejection.
- Customer will receive updates about their estimates, jobs, and job statuses in emails and SMS whichever is turned on
- If customer reject estimate its closed, but if approve admin and store manager receive an email and the estimate is converted to job and a Case # is sent to client's email and SMS
- Customer can check their job status from job status page on website
- Customer can add additional messages to their job and also can attach files from their account or check status page
- Technician now add some attachments, Parts, Services, and Extras to job and mark job as completed
- Before starting job there is a Repair Order which can be printed and get signed by customer for pickup and permission to open or operate their device
- Invoices can be printed
- Reports can be generated
- Customers can be searched based on their device or name, email or tax id or company name
- You can also see which technician handled which and how many jobs
- Review can be requested from customer and they will be sent email for review page link
- Reviews can be displayed on a page as well.
- Maintenance reminders are useful to bring customers back.
