Q when I "Add manual log" and choose "customer can see" and leave "Email customer on public message? box checked.
The customer receives the following text via email "Manual message added to your order!".
But when the customer is logged in, this message is nowhere to be found in his/her portal. How do the customer reply on my message if there is a question I need to know or if the customer wanted to send me a message through the portal.
The main question is where is the message for the customer to reply?
