Can we create new service ? ( I want to send sms to customer phone automaed from the system when the job is created )

Please advise if we can do it .

Hey When the job is created or when the status is changed to send the SMS to customer you would need to select an SMS API which you want to use and which works good in your local mobile numbers. 

And we will charge you 60$ to integrate that SMS API into system. You can first select a SMS API provider and then order the service and get this done.

and the SMS will have (Text + link for the client dashboard to check his jobs status)

So, after I send to you local provider, you will do it and make the sms send the customer when the job is created with (text i wll send it to you + link for his account showing the jobs that assigned for him)

Yes the text you can add here 

you would able to add your message here, and that would be sent to the SMS with the link to Job status page. 

Where the status of job would automatically be loaded without entering the case #

We have fixed the problem with our ticket system it was cause of PHPmailer issue. 

FATAL error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant "PHPMailer\PHPMailer\FILTER_FLAG_HOST_REQUIRED

PHPMailer needed to update to work with PHP 8.1 which we have done now you should have no problem in sending the messages here! Thanks.
