FEATURE REQUEST: Set existing users as Technicians or Managers

Hi there,

I would like to request a setup in normal User Card to be able to set existing user as a Technician or as Manager/Store Manager, because there are several existing users inside our WordPress Database used also for WP ERP, so I am unable to delete and re-create them.

For this you need to use a WordPress plugin which can let you add multiple roles to a user

If a user is important to being Author user role for you but you want to give him/her Technician or Manager rights you may use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/multiple-roles/

Thanks for the link, I have installed it and tried, but I cannot see any RepairBuddy-specific Roles on a WordPress User Card when I choose Edit. Maybe it is because of Caching?

I just installed the plugin and tried to edit following users 

1. Admin

2. Subscriber

3. technician

4. customer

All have option to select multiple roles. 

Make sure you activated plugin and you also activated and deactivated WordPress RepairBuddy once, to complete its setup of roles if they are not setup
