Hey the custom log in messages is not yet complete, its in development
Once its done that will start showing up in front end and will also start sending updates to customer Email. Please wait 1 or 2 weeks on this we are working on an update thanks.

Could I get an update on the updating system / messaging system between the admin / technician and the customer? We are really missing this feature greatly, without this this plugin is pretty much useless for us. We hope you can provide us with the date of completion.
