Removing required field

I would like to keep the option but make the email address field a non required field when adding customers 

Hey , I have tried to do this in latest update but The Email is actually a unique identifier for the user in WordPress you cannot insert user without Email if you directly add the user without email in database, then there would be no way to identify the user with a unique field. 

I hav updated plugin with some additional options in User table like State/Province and Country where default country can be selected from theme options. Please pick latest coming up update thanks.
