Did you install this plugin recently or you have been using it for sometime now? if you are using plugin for sometime now and then there is problem with older version.
1. Please update plugin to latest version
2. Please deactivate plugin and then reactivate it again
This would solve the problem if you still face it kindly let me know and share logins so we can check thanks.
