Integrate Barcodes

A really good feature would be to integrate barcode. My current CRM that i would like your software to replace will create a barcode on the Repair label so that when the customer comes back in with the same device all i have to do is scan his barcode and all his info will populate.

But yes the BarCode is good option which can generate bard code for Case# which can be scanned through BarCode scanner also. 

I am not closing this ticket i will send this to my development department for consideration, 

There is no fix timeframe when this update can release but we will get this done very soon it looks interesting thanks.
