Asking to fill all the details even after register and login

When create "Request Repair Quotation" from front end, for registered users (Customer) also asked to enter all there information (name, email, etc). But when we login as a super administrator it only ask for the Job Details. Hope for registered users also should only ask Job Details. Is it a problem in my side or in plugin.

Please make sure you are loged in correctly you can try these things. 

1. Deactivate plugin

2. Reactivate plugin

3. Create new account for customer and then sign in. And check if the fields are gone or not.
