Can we have the facility to search previous Jobs using Device ID/ IMIE number in Job List page in Admin panel.

I had a chat on this as a Pre Sales quetion and aked me to put a support ticket to get this done after purchasing the plugin.

Please looking to this since most people may require this feature.

Can you please give me the instructions on How to Upgrade the plugin.

Once I have renamed the old version and upload the new plugin files and it works. But Managers & Technicians got "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."  error message for Services, Parts, Devices and Jobs. 

Then I reupload the files. But now I am getting the same errors for Managers & Technicians. And now

error is coming for Super Admin as well.

If I swichd previous version it works fine.

Please let me know what is happening. I am using Advance Access manager (AAM) for Back end menu access control.

Manager and Technician User level is a known bug. Please wait for upcoming updates in which those permission levels would be fixed thanks.

What about Error coming for Super Administrator. First time it works well. But when re upload error is coming.

I am sorry that you had to face this problem kindly take the new version of plugin. 

1. Install it going to your wp-admin >> Plugins >> Add new and select from your local directory. 

2. Say replace with uploaded version. 

3. Now kindly deactivate plugin and re activate this is very important to do after update. For plugin to make capabilities.
