just suggestion to enrich the plugin even if with extra cost.

Adding to order section

to store:

multiples technicians can be assigned each with comments and hours spent 

report based on above display techicans spent time and productivty of orders worked on.

Hey something similar is in queue but there is no date when this update can be released, i don't think so before Eid i would be working on this update cause its complex and lengthy work. 

However if sales pick up somehow then i will definitely able to spare time for plugin thanks. LEt's see
