Textarea line break for job details

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to have line breaks when putting information into the textarea under job details? Currently when information is added to this box it pits it all inline. Even if the information is added and i press the return key is shows the break in the textarea but when i update the job and send an email to the custoner it reverts all text to be inline. 

This problem have been resolved now there is rich text editor which allows more options than only line breaks. Thanks
