1. can the service description display near where the clock indicates the time for the service?
Hello this feature isn't available we will need to add a small excerpt type box in service, where a small description can be included and that can show up in the booking form with services also this will also need to edit the services in booking form,

2. On the booking settings page I can select to turn off prices. But the estimated total still displays on the booking page. Can that go away too when the turn off prices box is checked?
I recently launched an update and this question was in our mind and we fixed this point, kindly update your plugin and it's already resolved.

3. Taxes… our state, county, city all have taxes we need to show. Your system only allows for one. Our customers are used to having that itemized.
how can we itemize the taxes ? or do i have to create a combined tax rate
RepairBuddy is very flexible for the Taxes.
- You can create unlimited taxes
- You can create separate tax for service, Separate for parts, Separate for Extras and infact you can change tax within job
- Edit services to apply defualt tax to them which can be different from system's default tax same can be done for parts
- To clarify, please note (Multiple taxes are supported, Default tax can setup, If Override default tax for services or parts by editing service/part, and even while working on a job or estimate you can change tax )
As you can see here i have added several taxes and setup a 15% tax default.
Then while working on service i can see the default tax automatically selected i can change it to something else, So whenever this service is selected by customer or staff this tax is used
lastly while working on job default tax is selected but still you can change it here too

4 booking
we effectively have 8 lifts in our shop.
our guys are used to calling the lifts like they are employees and so I am trying to determine how to allow for our girls to get booked but not overbooked.
so if all 8 lifts are empty I can book 64 hours per workday and not get in trouble.
but what if a lift is booked for a long term gig… now I can only book 56 hour per day… there are times when we get backed up on restores and rebuilds and lifts could not be open for booking.
I need to clarify it in further details i will reach to you through email thanks.
