Plug-in not working fine

I've installed and configured the plugin, but when I create a device, it doesn't appear in the list. I created a client, and it's not listed, but it is in the WordPress users section.
Can you help me with this?

I hope you are doing well. 

- > Create device type (Optional)

-> Create Device Brand

- > Assign a device to that brand. So when that brand is selected device can load. 

Then add some services. 

If you created a client make sure it's user role is Customer, if you used an email which already existed in some other user role then you will not see that user in clients.
