Please consider making the Jobs searcheable by Job ID. Customers now log in and send comments on their repair, but the email I get doesn't show the Case# and I have to manually scroll through pages of unsorted repair jobs until I find who is writing me.
Consider changing the template of the message "Customer posted message: Job ID: ####" to include the name of the user, Case # or make it possible to hit the REPLY button and have their e-mail address as the recipient.
Please URGENTLY add the country field to the address details.
