Hi thank you again so much for your help - I may have additional questions about the difference between Tickets and Estimates as my tests aren't working quite right, but for now from the screenshots below in the new workflow you've created the link opens a new window, that does populate the registered instrument, but the Add another instrument button simply duplicates the previous information:


If the customer passes this by, and goes right to Select Service it's fine, but we want customers to submit separate service orders anyway and it would reduce confusion to have them attempt to submit multiple service requests that don't populate the data. Thus removing this would be our best option. Thank you! Please let me know if this is possible, I have update meetings with all 3 offices in the next few days. Best, Kurt
