Installation issue

I'm having an issue when the scrippt installs. All of the db tables load but no user data is saved from the installation page and the installation page goes blank after. php version 5.4

Try to increase php version to at least 6.2 and delete all database tables then run installation again. If you keep facing issue send me your hosting logins i will check thanks

I can't increase my version to 6.2. I checked your script supports 5.4 before i purchased it. If that is the issue then you can refund me. Thanks

I still have not received a response. As I started, I can't give you access to my company server. Can you send me an a .SQL file I can insert into the db with login info to see if I can get it to work? If not then I would like to request a full refund because I need to purchase something else asap for my project.

Please delete all tables from database, and run script again it will re generate the tables and run installation from begining. Also check in users >> table if there user's row registered. If your script ran and create the tables, that should also created user row for you to login. 

1) Please delete all tables in row and run script again. 

2) You can also create new database and update information in file includes/db_connect.php 

3) Once you install make sure to add user information for user and verify in database, if user table have admin user row. 

4) Please turn on your website's notices, warnings and errors and send me the error you are receiving so i can suggest you the solution. 

You don't need SQL file script creating tables nicely. Just send me the error you are receiving so i can help you further. Also please understand refund cannot be given for installation issue cause there is no issue, and we are also available to provide you help but you are not sharing logins. You can create FTP for only folder which holds the script and database.

Okay so i turned on error reporting and tried to do the installation.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function password_hash() in /var/www/html/entirewebsite/script/includes/functions.php on line 41

I tried to change             set_option("password_hash", "argon2");

to             set_option("password_hash", "MD5");

 in the install.php file. The system will now insert the row into sql but it will not let me login. I tried to use recover password and reset the password and still not working.

Open file install.php and on line 55 find the line

set_option("password_hash", "argon2");

Replace it with

set_option("password_hash", "md5");

Delete database tables and run installation again and let's see how it goes. Try to activate Notices, warnings and errors in your server ask your server how to so you can get better issue details thanks you can also check error log
