i got this during installation :

Hi Please change your php version to 5.6 or 6.2 but don't upgrade php to 7.0 stay below php version 7.0 and your problem will be solved thanks. You can talk to your hosting provider if you don't know how to downgrade. 

If you want to check which php version your website is running create a php file and add following code then run the file to find out your php version.
