Hi refund is not possible as we have no where said this is magento theme or its WordPress or feature full template its just a simple HTML template which product page also tells clearly. This is not a valid reason for refund thanks.

Once you have downloaded the template then its author's choice if he want to give you refund or not. Your reason is not valid for refund reasons, as we have clearly mentioned in product name. HTML template, product preview image, HTML template, and product description also describe it. Thanks
