You can go to wp-admin >> Contact Forms and please modify or change the forms you want . You can configure the contact forms there as well you should go to each form one by one and make neccessary adjustments for the forms to work properly. You can see a lot of helpful videos about it on YouTube as well how to use contact form 7. That is already installed you don't need to install it just need to configure it as per your requirements. For the home page please send me your wp-admin logins i will check what to do with that thanks
