Increase size of Logo in Type 1 header

Ive tried increasing the size of the Div to make the image larger but it didnt seem to work.  Is the a way to increase the size of the logo so that it has less "padding" around it without increasing the size of the header.  Lastly where would I find the color settings for the hover effect on the header menu.

You can use the code below it will remove the padding top and bottom for header, it will also increase the height of navigation and the search, cart icons on right, and it will also increase the height of your logo in Optometry WordPress theme. Please make sure you adjust the numbers accordingly thanks.
