video and image upload

I need a page where customers can upload videos and images. I will download them to my video editor, edit them, upload them to my Vimeo account and then place the embed code on another page on my site where people can view the videos and images. On the page people use to upload their content I need to have a few lines of directions for them about how to make their videos and what information to provide when uploading. Can you do this? I also do not know what services I recieve with my subscription and what I need to pay for or what your fee for extra projects is.

But the main thing is size of the video which you want to accept, As you know vidoes are big files, so we would need to increase website's uploading limit also. And we need to reduce the load on hosting as much as we can.
