Hi with WordPress Visual Composer plugin which is part of Sking Care WordPress Theme. You can easily create FAQ's or Accordions and keep the state of any accordion item or FAQ item remain open on first load.
There are three different ways to make FAQ's in Dermatology WordPress theme. As you already have used FAQ's Method which is module from WpBakery WordPress plugin so i would guide you how you can keep the default state of first FAQ open, additionally i will explain how you can keep first accordion remain open in other cases where you want to use accordion.
Visual Composer Keep FAQ's Default State Open
When you are using Visual Composer FAQ's module to create your FAQ's or any other thing in our Dermatologist WordPress theme. You can easily hover mouse over the question you want to change default state to oepn. Once you did that scroll down to options for that question and find Default State option select open and you are done. An image view is below also for help.
Visual Composer Accordion keep first accordion open
If you have created for your Skin Care WordPress theme using Accordion from Visual Composer plugin then you should click pencil icon with accordion options and go to active section option enter the section number you want to keep active. That's it.
